Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern your use of this website and our programs and services.
Last updated May 2026.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting information, enrolling in a program, using the learning management system, or using any CyberAI Innovations program or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website, do not submit information, do not enroll, and do not access the services.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, accessibility, or other users. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Programs and enrollment
Enrollment in any program is subject to availability, eligibility review where applicable, payment completion where required, identity or account verification where required, and any additional terms presented at the point of enrollment. Listed trainings are designed as minimum six month programs unless CyberAI states otherwise in writing. When a program includes certification exam vouchers, those vouchers are noncash program benefits and may be issued only after CyberAI confirms that the learner has met the applicable readiness, identity, payment, attendance, academic, and certification provider requirements. Program descriptions, schedules, pricing, delivery format, LMS access, and curriculum details remain subject to written confirmation. Completing a program does not guarantee certification, licensure, apprenticeship placement, employment, wages, advancement, or any specific outcome.
LMS access and learner conduct
CyberAI may provide access to a learning management system for course content, assignments, assessments, messages, progress records, attendance records, apprenticeship hour tracking, credential records, and administrative review. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not share access, copy restricted materials, bypass security controls, interfere with the LMS, or submit false attendance, clock in, clock out, assignment, identity, or progress information.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by third party providers under their own terms. CyberAI does not store full payment card details on this site. A purchase is not complete until the payment provider confirms payment and CyberAI accepts the enrollment. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy posted on this site and any additional written terms presented at checkout or in a signed agreement.
Funding, aid, and deferred payment options
CyberAI does not offer federal student aid, Pell Grant funding, workforce funding, income share agreements, scholarships, credit, deferred tuition, or payment extensions unless that specific option is expressly displayed as active by CyberAI and accompanied by the required application, disclosures, eligibility terms, servicing terms, and written agreement. Any reference to those categories in planning discussions, internal systems, or inactive configurations is not an offer to any visitor, applicant, or learner.
Artificial intelligence and credential records
Our programs and services may use artificial intelligence, learning analytics, and credential verification features. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use and should not be relied upon without human review. Credential verification records are intended to support record integrity. They are not a license, accreditation, employment promise, or guarantee of competency.
Privacy and personal information
Your use of this site and the LMS may involve the collection and processing of personal information, including learner account data, enrollment records, course activity, assignments, assessment results, messages, attendance records, apprenticeship hour records, payment status, credential records, device information, security logs, and support communications. The Privacy Policy explains these practices in more detail and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Blockchain credential verification
If blockchain based credential verification is used, CyberAI limits public records to the minimum information needed to verify a credential record. Personal information is not placed directly on a public blockchain unless a specific lawful basis, disclosure, and approval process exists. Blockchain records may be difficult or impossible to alter or delete once recorded, so credential publication is handled as a controlled credential process rather than a general learner data store.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, software, course materials, prompts, templates, workflows, and other materials on this site and in the LMS are owned by CyberAI Innovations or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, reverse engineered, sold, or reused without written permission unless a separate written license allows it.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation, a particular learning result, a particular credential result, eligibility for aid, apprenticeship placement, employment, wages, or any other specific outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberAI Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the LMS, the programs, payment features, AI features, credential records, or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
Strict Georgia arbitration agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the LMS, enrollment, payments, refunds, course access, apprenticeship related records, AI features, credential records, communications, or CyberAI programs or services must be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. The seat and place of arbitration will be Georgia, United States, because CyberAI Innovations is headquartered in Georgia, unless applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to another venue. The arbitration may be conducted by a mutually recognized arbitration provider or another provider required by applicable law.
You and CyberAI Innovations waive the right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, collective actions, private attorney general actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law. A court of competent jurisdiction may decide whether this arbitration agreement is enforceable, and may enter or enforce an arbitration award. Either party may seek temporary or emergency injunctive relief in court to protect confidential information, intellectual property, account security, payment systems, LMS integrity, or credential records.
Georgia governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any claim is not subject to arbitration, the parties agree to bring that claim in a court located in Georgia unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site, LMS, programs, or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
